3. Business Plus
The Business Plus plan is the most advanced offering plan among google workspace’s standard plans for businesses. It’s starting at $16.63 USD (₹1380) per user per month. It provides a custom email addresses, one google admin account with cloud storage (up to 2 TB per user) in the products like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.
Also, video conferencing with up to 250 participants, advanced mobile device managemant, features designed for organizations with larger teams and stricter security and compliance needs.
4. Enterprise
This Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with extensive collaboration and security needs. It offers “No user limit” unlike the other plans which have a maximum of 300 users, this plan provide the services as per organization’s choice like any size they want.
Also, it’s storage isn’t limited to per-user quotas. Instead, they get a pool of storage that matches with your organization’s needs. You also get an advanced video conferencing metting option they give up to with 500 participants and live stream option to a wider audience. The pricing of all four plans may change over time. Also, the plans shown on the official google workspace website are usually for new users or for the first year only. After one year, the plan pricing generally gets increased.

- A valid payment method for paid plans for example a globally accepted credit card or debit card like Visa, Mastercard etc.
- A website with top level domain extension like (.com, .in, .org). It is required because when you take any of their plan.
How to Create Account & Get Started with Google Workspace?
Creating google workspace account is pretty simple and straightforward! Just follow our given below steps and start doing:
1. Choose your Plan
- As you know now, there are different google workspace plans for every kind people, so choose wisely according to your needs.
- Also, you can take 14 day free trial to check it’s features and services.
2. Create your Account
- Then you need to create account, so either search on google with the keyword “Google Workspace” or open the official google workspace website from this url: Click Here
- Then, click on “Start Free Trial” button from the homepage.
- Then, enter the name of your business, your no of employees and your country, and click on Next.
- Then, enter your personal details, and then enter your domain and create your username and password and click on agree and continue.
That’s all, now you can login again using your username and password.
3. Add Users
- After creating your account, you will receive a email from google about your login details, for example, you will get a email Id like this (name@yourdomain.com)
- So using that business email, login into google at first. And then open (admin.google.com) in chrome browser, after login, enter the details of the user you want to add.
4. Add Payment Method
- After 14 day free trial, google will enforce you to add payment details, so just move on the payment section using the left top corner.
- Then add your globally accepted credit card like Visa or MasterCard etc in the payment section.
- But note that, your credit card should have the facility of “Auto Pay” option, because each month, google workspace will automatically deduct the money directly from your credit card.
5. Start using Google Workspace
- After selecting the plan, adding the required user, and summiting your payment details, you will be able to use the services of your Google workspace.
- But make sure, you should also renew your website’s domain and hosting, because your all business and Google Workspace account depends on your domain name.
- So make sure to renew your domain time to time. Also, you can change your plan anytime you want.
