1. You should have an active Google Adsense account with atleast one approved domain.

2. You should have an active Google Ad Manager account (GAM Account).

4. You should have minimum five million page in your app or website.

Now all you need to do is to create your Google Ad Manager account, and then you can apply for Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Program. Note that, according to Google MCM program, you will get a Google Adx Child publisher account, which the parent publisher will provide you. You will have to manually contact the companies or Google certified partners to get a Google ad Exchange Child publisher account.

Should I Buy an Ad Exchange Account from Anyone?

It’s strongly advised you to not buy or sell Google Ad Exchange accounts from any third parties. Google closely monitors account ownership and access. Obtaining an Ad Exchange account through unauthorized means can lead to suspension of the account, loss of revenue, and even legal consequences. Another this is that, your money can be stolen by your fraudsters who promise you to provide Google Adx Account after payment. So never ever buy Google Adx account with any third parties.
